I'm looking for 2sa2240/2sc970 complimentary transistors. They seem to be obsolete but they show on Man-tech's database. I hope they are still in stock and original as well. Does anybody perhaps know about good replacements for them if they are not available. Mouser and Digikey show them obsolete.
