I was awoken last night by my family to attend to one of these in one of our children's rooms:

I was half asleep, refused to Doom it, it ran behind desk then bookshelf so I told the teenager to go back to sleep, it is harmless.
Said teenager slept on the couch downstairs last night!
This afternoon, upon arriving home from school, the entire bedroom was emptied into the passage & adjacent sibling's bedroom.
No Huntsman was found. I suggested the teenager sort through everything that had been unpacked - there may be a nest in among the clutter.
Once everything had been unpacked, cleaned/wiped down & repacked, and the panic at being unable to find the spider was becoming palpable, I closed the one curtain & viola! Spider was beautifully highlighted by the afternoon sunlight on the curtain lining!
It has been relocated to the garden & the bedroom is being repacked.
