I've got a smashed Marantz CD6000 front facia: Cheap, brittle black plastic.
What the best to stick all the pieces back together?
I've checked out the following options:
Q-Bond with black powder.
UHU Allplast - this stuff melts the plastic for a true weld.
Pratley 1-2-3 acrylic
Never been a fan of super-glue, always seems to come apart. The fillet-forming properties of Q-bond power should be better.
How about a combination. Use UHU Allplast for assembly, and then reinforce with Q-Bond power?
All advice will be appreciated - a case of doing it right first time.
