Advice needed on how to spend R25 - R30K (AV Receiver and Speaker package)

Hi there, just joined this forum to find out any advice on what to spend a couple of rand on. Looking for Receiver and speakers specifically.

Furthermore, do any of you have anyone they could recommend for a custom build unit to take all the equipment. I've got some ideas on how I want the unit to look, but will be first to admit, my DIY skills apparently were never delivered.
