Advice needed - processor/ receiver for my 4K and Atmos upgrade

Hi all

The last remaining piece for me to go Atmos and 4K is a suitable processor/receiver. I have power amps to drive the 7.1.4 setup I’m planning to move to so either a processor or receiver will do. Any suggestions as to what I should go for with a budget of around R10k?
