I am looking at getting myself an AV amplifier for my bedroom. I am unsure if i should get Hdmi or non Hdmi. I am planning on setting it up with a uhd 4k tv. Will the Hdmi amp have more advantages over the non hdmi amp. The reason for my question is that hdmi amps are always having problems with hdmi boards. There are also a few used non hdmi amps for sale on the forum going at really good prices. I do have a Yamaha RXV 1500 that i bough new in 2007 and this amp has never given any problems. Any advice would be appreciated.
