Beocord 2400 reel to reel with built in amp and phono stage?

Beovox 2400 speakers.

He has a turntable. Any advice on this?

He really is looking for an amp with phono stage, speakers and possibly a reel machine as he is a musician... any advice as he has a 5-6 k budget.
