Advice on tv wall mounts

Howdy all

So i just picked up a 40 inch tv for my bedroom. I want to mount it on the wall and want one that can be pulled forwards and swilled. Are all of these mounts available online ok to use or is there a brand i should look out for? Share your experiences on what works well...
