I just need some information. I'm trying to repair an amplifier that i have laying at home, i was lucky enough to get hold of the service manual for the amp. The amp looks like it was worked on before as it seems to be missing some transistors.
I tried to find an online store that could supply me with the exact same replacement parts that i need, but theres no luck there. So my question is, can i get another brand of good quality replacement transistors to install back into the amp?? using the service manual i have the part numbers of the transistors, would that help me find the correct parts?
