Aliexpress any good for low value items?

I need a cell phone cover for a very yet uncommon phone. Have found them on Aliexpress.
The case is inexpensive. my question is two fold, Is aliexpress safe to save credit card details on and has anyone had experience with their service (does the product ever arrive ??)
