Am I wasting amplification?

I have a set of 603 S2 that I bi-amp (HF/LF) via a NAD C355BEE and a NAD 2150.

My question is: Does the HF section only power the tweeter?

If so, am I wasting my limited amplification power and should rather be bridging it? Or does it all even out in the end?
