Any Vodacom account issues this month?

[Dumb and Dumber]

It the 5th already and no debit order went off. I phoned them now and they said everything seems to be in order. My next payment is only due 30 June. Going in on my Vodacom app, if I look at my invoice, it shows my account of November 2016. Clearly something is not fine.
