Anyone else here on B&W Society of Sound?

Reason I'm asking:

I downloaded a few albums using FLAC and ALAC and some of the songs just end or "mutes" after a few minutes.
It is as if that specific song did not completely download.

I did use B&W's Download Manager to do this.

Anyone experience the same thing or maybe have some advice?
