Got a bit of a problem: ordered a package from Amazon and is in transit. Then I got an automated "Customs Requirements" email from Aramex asking to complete clearance docs with a hotlink to http://onlineapp.aramex.co.za/Home/CustomsDetails/allkindsathings but when following it, it redirects just to http://onlineapp.aramex.co.za/Home/ homepage. When manually entering the tracking nr there, nothing happens.
I tried numerous browsers, devices and even switched to a 4G network connection to be sure. Sent an email to the provided [email protected] address, but no response.
Entering the tracking nr in the standard Aramex website works fine, but it does not provide links to the domestic clearance section that's needed.
Anyone had this before?
