Are all blu rays the same/similar..??

One of the distinct difference between my Gladiator disc and my Black Hawk Down disc is the sound. With Black Hawk Down I have to raise the volume significantly higher to achieve the same audible levels as Gladiator.

Has anyone noticed the same thing or maybe its a case of my ears deceiving me... :thinking:
