Are my woofers blown?

Hi guys hope you are all well. I recently picked up a pair of vintage Beovox S45 V2s. They sound quite detailed in the top end and mid range however the lower mid range and lower bass frequencies are almost non existent and when the bass is turned up they get distorted. Have i bought blown speakers or could it simply be a bad cap in the crossovers?
