Avsa received a mail from Selah Abrams who is the Chair of the Audio Engineering Society - Atlanta, US Section.
We were asked if there was an AES or similar association in SA (I didn't know), hence the post here.
Any one Know if there is -was- such an association here? If not do we want to open a chapter of the AES over here.
To quote Sela "if this is something you think can provide benefit, we can certainly talk about getting one started! it's not too bad a process, and I'm sure all involved on our side will be most supportive."
SO who thinks this would be a good idea?
If we have lots of positive response I'll post Selas email address and we can start the process.
