I have a few questions, and feel free to add to whatever I might have missed :
* what has your ownership experience been like? OTA updates frequently, is the app functioning well, back up service in SA, etc?
* If you are upgrading from a NAD/Bluesound/ Cambridge Audio (insert other brands here) streamer/dac what has been the biggest difference since the change?
* If you have not upgraded, but this is a first purchase, what influenced your purchase?
If you are comfortable, please share model name and if possible, rest of the equipment chain.
