I am trying to assist a client with pair of B&W 803d speakers of which both mids and tweeters are open circuit. Tweeters are easy to remove but I get stuck at removing the mids without damage to drivers or cabinets. Has anyone done this before? Any special tools, tips or tricks that I should know of?
