You will have to excuse a noob giving a first time review.
My MT-50 system arrived on Tuesday and I had the fronts, the centre and the sub hooked up in no time.

I opted for the white speakers to go with the colour of the room (and to keep the wife happy) and I am really happy I did.
The units are elegant and are so small that they almost disappear in the room. Switching the centre speaker around to be parallel to the floor was the height of simplicity and once I had turned the B&W grill badge around, looked like a centre speaker.
Hooking the speakers up to the cables is a practice in simplicity and a ode to a well thought out design, the speaker cables go into the (brushed stainless steel) base and then into spring loaded fittings in the base itself, the base then plugs into the speaker arm, not a screwdriver in sight.

The sub is about 1/2 the size of the outgoing one and despite been a white square box has a finish on it that most car makers would be proud of, and is an elegant piece of furniture.

Right enough hammering on about how they look, how do they sound.
In a word I am amazed, amazed that such a rich and full sound can come out of such a small unit. In stereo the fronts handle most music without the need for the sub to add in, of course switching to 2.1 does make the sound even fuller.
Watching a movie the centre delivers the actors voices with clarity and watching a music Blu-Ray in 5.1 the singers voice was in the room with us and details in the movie were heard for the first time, like been able to hear the backing singers clapping along for example. I can not wait to hook up the rears so be able to get the full surround experience.

A better AVR to drive them off is now over due and to be able to hear the difference a better input signal makes. Also need to spend some time setting the speaker levels up properly as the sub is turned almost all the way down at the moment, else it overpowers the rest.

The Mini Theatre from B&W is aimed at smaller rooms and those who do not want a room full of 'ugly' speakers and they can hit the nail on the head with this product. I only fear that my room is actually too small.....
