I have a book that has been in the family for close on a 100 years now, I guess. Small thing, about the size of you hand, that was used to record everyone's Birthdays (and yes, rather morbidly when they shuffled off their mortal coils). The back binding has come loose and I wanted to glue it back into place to secure it so that it doesn't tear further - I was thinking of using a wood-type glue like Ponal (sp?), but I don't know if anyone here has any other suggestions?
