So instead of trawling old posts (which I will do as well) I thought let's start a conversation where the SB old hands can share their wisdom.
What I'm looking for is do's and don'ts, best features, worst frustrations, cleverest plugins, etc. Try to be succinct with a link to the next level of information, and avoid repeating what others have said for a good S/N ratio.
