Best place to buy speaker cable?

I am looking for speaker cable. Most places only stock overpriced rubbish.

I am basically just looking for a nice and thick, proper gauge cable. But nothing fancy. No snake oil nonsense!  uke:

I am based in CPT, Northern Suburbs.  A local internet store would be fine as well.
