Best way to ship 40kg's internationally?

I need to ship something weighing around 40kgs to the USA or possibly an EU country, needs to be able to be tracked with delivery confirmation and insurance. Value is about R10,000 and doesn't need to be particularly fast but must be safe, ie not go missing en route. Postage around R2000 would be ideal but that is maybe wishful thinking?
