Blu Ray DVD upscaling

I'm thinking it's time to go to Blu Ray.

Now I haven't quite decided on a unit yet - but DVD playback/upscaling is pretty important to me right now. I currently have a Marantz DV7600 which does the job pretty decently.

How do you guys with Blu Ray players find the DVD playback?
