Hi all - is it better to stream music via bluetooth or wifi? Ive read that wifi can carry more data and should therefore be better from a quality point of view.
Im trying out Tidal at the moment - I have an old bluetooth adaptor connected to my amp - I think the sound could be better tho. my amp is old and does not support wifi - it does have an ethernet port however.
I have an appletv that I am not currently using so I could connect that via optical cable to the amp but I would then need another apple device to stream to the appletv. Ive seen a post on this forum that mentioned the yamaha YBA 11 bluetooth adapter and that it offers better sound quality that traditional bluetooth adaptors.
Im looking for the easiest way to enjoy the lossless audio from tidal - thanks in advance for the suggestions
