Hi all. Picked up a pair of Boston Acoustic A60 speakers http://www.classicspeakerpages.net/IP.Board/uploads/post-15-1137702198.jpg
for a relatively low price. Tweeters don't work but 8" drivers are fine.
Going to strip and clean them tomorrow.
How do I go about looking for replacement tweeters? Is there any specific method of doing this? Should I compare the spec of the originals to the replacements if I can find the specs?

Not sure if they will be suitable though.
My intentions are to get the speakers working again and as nice as it would be to keep them in their original spec it doesn't matter if I stray offtrack.
I will probably use these in my garage or something.
Are there any options other than PQ sound in JHB for sourcing tweeters?
