Budget wireless earphone options for cell phones

I'm awaiting delivery of a new cell phone, Samsung S21. The latest trend is to offer these phones with minimal accessories - no charger and no earphones. So I'm looking for wireless earphone options. What are people using these days? I'm not looking for audiophile-grade, but also don't want poor sound quality. I once had a pair of JBL/LG HBS 810 bluetooth "Wireless In-Ear Mobile Headset", which was OK, until a wire broke.

Any recommendations?
