Buying CD in Flac format

I have a DVD "Real Live Roadrunning" which I just love. Would like to get this in flac format. Any idea where one can shop online and download the CD in flac format.
Also need a couple of songs by Bruce Springsteen in flac which I currently have on DVD. Help will be appreciated
