Buying etiquette

Hi guys

I find the following behaviour from potential buyers very irritating:
1. A guy commits to a deal and then just disappear
2. A guy asks questions about advertised product via pm and them disappear. What happened to just saying thank you for your response or thank you for your response but this is not what I'm looking for

I see this kind of behaviour with some new guys and my gut feel is that they are here just to buy stuff hence there's no "humanity" in their behaviour.
