Hi all .This might be a question with a surprisingly simple answer but let me open myself up to possible ridicule :-[
I have acquired a Cambridge Audio Receiver like so :

I have an ipod like this which does not work with newer made for ipod products as it is probably to old :

How would I be able to access the ipod content to play via the receiver ?
