Can i make a Dynaco st35 clone using Parmeko output's from Mullard 5-10's?

Just wondering if I had the rather simple boards from my Dynaco copied and used the mains and outputs from my Mullards would the non Dynaco outputs make the amps sound completely different?I really love that Dyna sound and was thinking could this work?I would make them monoblocs and would hope to gain a "same" kind of sound...feasible?
