Can someone lend me a biscuit joiner?

I need to join planks by means of aluminium strips, 3.5mm thick. My table saw blade is too thin.

A biscuit joiner would probably be right, as I believe their blades are 3.7mm thick.

I'm in Joburg if anyone can help.
