New here - seems like a really cool community. Lots of droolworthy goodies.
Anycase I am pretty clueless when it comes to this stuff. Spent my school days making money for a nice headphone setup.
Now I'm looking to get a nice speaker setup, but on a students budget. Atm I am using a Logitech 2.1 system, looking to go for something a little better to use with my Xbox, to watch movies and listen to music with. Would R2k get me anything worthwhile? Not too bothered about going the whole 5.1 thing yet, don't have enough space for that anyway. It all started when I looked at building a tube stereo (Busy with my 3rd tube guitar amp) and now I feel like a druggie in rehab.
