My new Dell Studio laptop has am interference problem with the headphone jacks, which causes constant, annoying white noise.

I'm going to try to sort this out with Dell, but in the meantime, I'd like to try get a cheap USB 'sound card' so that I can bypass the laptop's jacks.

Preferably really small and below R300... Is that possible? Any recommendations?
