I had the misfortune of having two Samsung 50' Plasma screens break.
Twice has two things that can go wrong with plasma screen happened. Both times just before the guarantee expired.
1st time around the screen was displaying a stuttery picture - Italvideo (Samsung agents) tried to repair it twice, both times I was not entirely satisfied with the repair (They supplied me with a loan unit while faulty set was promptly collected) - 3rd time, Samsung send me a brand new screen as a replacement. Thank you
Second set (One month guarantee left, is making some red dots on the screen, Same thing, the following day they were here to collect and also with a loan unit for me.
Currently being repaired - replaced.
Above might seem a bit dubious about the Samsung products although I am generally happy with the set, but my posting is about good service.
