Connecting Bass Shakers to AV receiver?

I have a cheapish surround sound system.  It's a LG HT503TH.  Specs here:  http://www.themanshop.co.za/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=HT503TH

It's not much, but it's ok for what I use it for.  I have a media centre pc and Xbox 360 connected to it via the optical input.  Is it possible to connect a bass shaker to it?  Something like this:  http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=299-028

If it's not possible, what else will I need?
