Have a SONY BDP-S7200 universal player

The last few times I turned it on, it recommended a software upgrade.  This took about 20 mins via the network

Now I find that none of my USB devices are recognised any longer.  I formatted them with FAT32, NTFS and via an Apple computer to make sure

So I tried to contact SONY.  There is a "Contact us" form which can be completed but when you click submit, a message appears that the page no longer exists

Any bright ideas?
