Please help out - Have purchased a 30 GIG Zen Vision from Creative 2 years ago from AudioVision who no longer service these products. I seem to exprerience a communication problem between the PC and unit and cant use the software supplied. Have updated the firmware from the official site and also installed the latest software. When I try to use the software to rip music an error occurrs indicating that the PC can't detect the unit. Have phone the techical Department in JBurg who informed me that Creative products are no longer sold in SA. What a bummer - have paiD a lot of money for this unit and can't seem to use it. PLEASE ANYBODY OUT THERE HELP ME!!!
