On a recent enquiry\quote to Soft Illutions, I got the following reply:
"Are you planning on buying your prospective audio system from us?"
And the reason that was give to me:
"It's a fair question.
We spend a large amount of time and money staying on the forefront of our industry. Our primary business is custom audio system we integrate within homes and offices and we are definitely not your retail store around the corner.
You can expect the highest sales and after-sale service from us as well as educated, specialist advice. Many prospects ping us for advice every month via mail and telephone, but we're hesitant to provide detailed advice as many prospects in the past has used our advice and then bargain hunted and purchased elsewhere. Saving 3% off the total price.
If you're looking to save an extra 3-5%, then maybe we're not the company for you.
As I said, it's a fair question from our side, if you want professional advice, and you want a system that will be best suited to your needs and budget, you have to be willing to spend a little more than a mass retail outlet.
We also stock products you won't find in any retail outlet, the kind of products that receive 5 start gold ratings all over the world.
We would be happy to assist you with the purchase of your system but if you can commit to buying it from us, we'll gladly assist you."
So, the message is; if you are wanting anything from this company, then better commit upfront to buy from them and please do not bug them with any "entry level" requirements.
