Poor man's Auro3D>>> (not a Datasat (R230,000?) or Trinnov (R300,000?) processor)
Current guide prices are $1399 (R18,200) for the X4400H and $2199 (R28,600) for the X6400H (https://usa.denon.com/us/product/hometheater/receivers)
Both these AVR's have Atmos + DTS:X + Auro3D and Auromatic (Auro3D upmix for legacy movies/music) built in. So no longer a need to buy the Auro3D patch for $199 or Euro 149. The 4400 is only 9.2 and the 6400 11.2. HOWEVER; They both have 11.2 pre-outs.
So if one has 11.2 channels of power amp, then which is the best to buy? Is there any reason to spend $800 more for the 6400?
