Hi All,
New to the community. Should have joined years ago and got advice along my audio journey, rather than throwing good money away.
I have a Denon DRA800h Stereo Receiver which I purchased a few months back. Paired them with the B&W 606 s2 which I recently sold. They sounded great but felt something was missing (as I usually do when it comes to sound). The 606s where just a little bright for my taste, especially because the Denon really needed to be turned up to extract the best from those speakers.
Changed that entire system now to a Marantz PM700N paired with the KEF Q350s. Love this pairing a whole lot more for near field listening. Finally beginning to understand the importance of imaging.
So my question is, should I hold onto the Denon and pair them with different speakers? I’m sure my garage needs a system now
If so, any recommendations?
Or should I just flog it?
