I rarely post here and I claim no real technical audio knowledge, just a music lover. I'm expecting a bit of ridicule too - Chi-fi, Class D, fake/hybrid tube amp, etc., but I must say this is the most fun I've had listening to my music collection since I was a teen a long time ago.
I listen in the near field so not very loud - this littel set up just does all the things I read about in reviews: soundstage, musical, rhythmic, etc. Maybe I should get out more...
(I have bigger, more expensive gear too but this is so much fun, and easy on the pocket - OK, except maybe for the Harbeth's but I got a good deal on those right here!)
- Topping D10s DAC
- Fosi P3 Preamp
- 2 x Fosi V3 monoblocks
- Harbeth PS3ESR
- KEF sub-woofer set to 60Hz crossover
