DIY 12v Trigger build - wanted to buy

I have a Yamaha RXA3030 and I want to connect it to my Parasound HCA-806 power amp.  Problem is the Parasound has no 12v trigger switch.  Is there anyone that can build a 12v trigger device to power the Parasound when the Yamaha starts up?
