Hi Guys
Ordered this DIY kit; http://fredsamplifiers.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=26, as a little project (read budget restricted) to get my toes wet with electronics, amps and such.
I couldn't find much on the forum on this type of amp other than that the valve is more for show, which is fine, as this whole exercise was inspired by the cool looking little 'see-through' headphone valve amps on the web, which I will be trying to emulate.
I would love your opinion on this and maybe a reference to using Mr Valve as a source for the valve.
