Seriously I've had it with these people!!!

I upgraded to full DSTV for Wimbledon just for the month of July, I missed my payment date by a few days, now I want to downgrade back to the Compact package and they say it's not allowed!!! So my only choice is to take the full package again or wait till they disconnect me, this is where they catch you out.. I'm still connected and can guarantee that if I leave it they won't disconnect me at all and will let me ring up a nice bill, but when I'm on the compact package I get disconnected within two days of not paying.. So I told him to disconnect me and I will connect again next month, I'm now told I also can't do that and that I can only do it on my payment date  :baseball:

So now because I failed to pay on my payment date I'm not allowed to downgrade or disconnect and must wait for them to disconnect me, but what happens if they don't disconnect me??? Yes then I will have to pay an outstanding balance when I pay the following month.

Is it just me or does this sound F.,! Crazy, they have done this to me before when I requested to have my DSTV disconnected while I was away on leave for 3 weeks only to come back and find out they never did and now I must still pay for it. I'm not one to usually moan about this but I'm F.,! Tired of companies ripping us of.

Am I wrong in the way I did it or is this just plain Bull :cr@p:
