My brother gave me this thing to sell on his behalf and I have two questions :
1) Is the smart card married to it or linked to it somehow? In other words, is it not a simple electronic device sale? Someone mentioned change of ownership needed?
2) Are the worth anything? I know decoders plummet in price and I know my old sealed standard decoder, I gave away. These a bit better?
