Friend damaged his Samsung TV remote back in March, so I gave him mine and ordered a new one off an eBay seller
That was on 19th March. Paid a little extra for "tracked, express shipping"
The latest deliver date given at the time was 2nd April
That day came and went, so enquired with the shipper
Got the same answer from enquiries made on 4th April, 2nd May, 4th June and 30th June, ie:
1) Please contact your local post office (or shipping company), stating your name and address.
In some cases, you may be required to collect your parcel from the local office in person.
If you collect your parcel in this way, kindly let us know.
2) Please check the delivery deadline we set for each package below.
So complained direct to PayPal. Shipper responds immediately, will send a replacement via Aramex
Parcel arrived this morning. Horray
BUT - Opened parcel to find they have sent a projector lamp, some strange tubular thing with a blue cap...! No remote in sight
PLUS - The glass is cracked
