let me start by saying, im surprised not allot is said of energy speakers on this forum.
I recently dropped in at Simplex radio and in one of their listening rooms they have two pairs of the Connoisseur series.
now I know these have been there for at least two years now. what startled me though was the price, they have been at R6630 for the CF 30 and R9990 for the CF 50. this price has not shifted in any direction for at least two years. and these speakers sound awesome to say the least.
I have owned a pair of RC 30 (smaller floorstander in the RC series) and it was powerful and clear.
I still own two S10.3 from Energy and I will leave them in a museum when the mother ship comes for me.
perhaps like Wharfedale, I feel like this brand is so underrated.
would like to see what some of the forumites think of energy
I believe they are brother and sister with Klipsch? or something to that effect.
