ESS HEIL air motion transformers???

I have a pair of these in perfect order on a pair of amt 1a's....trying to assertain a fair value for a customer...the surrounds of the 12" drivers are needing replacement and one of those 12's is blown.Worth salvaging and rebuilding?Otherwise he wants to sell them.
